Position Overview

As Team Assistant at Bajanpro, you will play a crucial role in supporting our diverse and fast-paced team in executing various projects and tasks. You will be the key to our operations running smoothly, ensuring seamless coordination and effective communication across projects on both a large scale and in the day-to-day communications at Bajanpro.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Assist in organizing and preparing materials for presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
  • Serve as the point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and routing communications appropriately.
  • Coordinate and manage logistics for team events, workshops, and conferences, both virtual and in-person.
  • Help maintain digital and physical filing systems, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate information flow, project updates, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Monitor and manage team expenses, including processing invoices and reconciling expense reports.
  • Assist in social media management and content creation, supporting the company's online presence and engagement.
  • Assist in basic research tasks, gathering relevant data and information to support team initiatives.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance team processes and projects.
  • Take on ad-hoc assignments and responsibilities as directed by the team lead or manager.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, team assistant, or similar role, preferably in a media or creative industry.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation tools.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Adaptability and willingness to take on diverse tasks and responsibilities.
  • Basic knowledge of media production processes and terminology is a plus.
  • Enthusiasm for the media and entertainment industry and a desire to contribute to its growth and success.
